Our equipment deserves to be at its best performance in order to provide reliable operations during production processes at all times. To meet this requirement, the part/s being used on the machines should always be/are in their best condition as well.

EDGEWORTH is committed in ensuring the availability of parts for the equipments purchased by our customer.

To ensure the parts are reliable, we only recommend the parts which are well hand picked by our principal suppliers. The parts are therefore being ordered from the principal suppliers abroad.

Installation, replacement and upgrade of parts can be done by our team or by the customer depending on the level of technical skills acquired by our customer.

There is a corresponding warranty term imposed on the parts purchased by our customer. Any abnormalities on the operation of the machine which eventually caused by the parts used shall be reported to us so we could act an immediate action on resolving the situation.

We have ample stock of spare parts in our PEZA facility that can immediately support customer needs, shorten downtimes, and faster leadtime on delivery.
